What ExpertBazaar is
ExpertBazaar is a marketplace that connects customers with independently verified professionals. We verify professionals, match requests, and host quotes and reviews. The service contract for the work itself is between you and the professional — we are not a party to it and don't take commission on it.
What verification means (and doesn't)
Verification means the professional passed our identity, business and credential checks, reviewed by two team members independently. It is a strong signal, not a guarantee of outcome. Choose using quotes, the professional's confirmed-job record, and your own judgment.
Fair use of the platform
Submit genuine requests with a phone number you control. Don't scrape the site, misrepresent your identity, or contact professionals for purposes other than the described work. Professionals must not solicit off-platform payments for platform features — there are none to pay for.
Reviews
Reviews can only be written for jobs confirmed through ExpertBazaar, and each job allows exactly one review. Reviews can be edited for 7 days after posting. We remove reviews that are abusive or unrelated to the work, and we never remove a review because it is negative.
Payments for work
You pay professionals directly for their work. ExpertBazaar does not process customer payments, hold funds, or charge customers anything.
Liability
We work hard on verification and matching, but the work is performed by independent professionals. To the extent permitted by law, ExpertBazaar's liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in question — which, for customers, is zero.
Disputes and jurisdiction
Raise problems with us first — our grievance process is real and humans read it. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction.
